The Thirteenth Day.

Having lost my iPod connector to my computer, I could not get the new Psapp album onto my iPod. That left me with The Joy Formidable to continue to rave over. The only problem is that five songs can get fairly overplayed quite quickly. It's amazing how quickly a music collection has already built this year.

My Collection
-a CD of MP3 I could download (We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed - LosCampesinos!,  Airport Surroundings- Lonely Dear, Fine For Now, 2 HUD, Two Weeks,  While You Wait For Others - Grizzly Bears)
Merriweather Post Pavillon- Animal Collective
-March of the Zapotec & Realpeople EP and Holland EP- Beirut
-A Mountain Is A Mouth- Bruce Peninsula
- A Balloon Called Moaning - The Joy Formidable
-The Camel's Back- Psapp
-In Her Gentle Jaws- The Depreciation Guild

Though the single on The Joy Formidable album is "Astere" it seems that "The Greatest Light is the Greatest Light" is more memorable, I often look forward too it as the album plays. Not quite what I expected, Psapp's album is still a perfect happy rock album. It's like a good very good children's book, in music form. Take for example the train noises in "Mister Ant"
